Ovex provides VIP Help Desk services for executives or other high needs individuals. These may also be sales or technical staff that are constantly traveling and cannot afford down-time.

In addition to the normal support through the I.T. Help Desk, VIP services can include increased SLA’s and programs such as advanced exchange. Calls for VIP support can also be automatically escalated to bypass the standard queue. Support is available 24x7.
