Work Location:
Lahore
This is an entry level position reporting to Operations
Supervisor. The incumbent will be required to answer incoming calls
and convert inquiries into sales.
Required Academics / Skills:
- Perform in a high performance-based campaign where agents
must meet sales and quality goals.
- Flexibility to work any shift hours (this is a 24 x
7 campaign).
- Previous call center experience particularly in a sales
environment with a “sales” mentality – understand
how to provide features and benefits to customers and rebuttals when
needed to capture good sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English Language
and possess the ability to communicate clearly with the USA counterparts/
customers i.e. to speak in an accent that is fully understood and
appreciated by the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software and
the use of standard telephone equipment.
