Required Academics / Skills:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Sciences.
• Excellent command on Windows 9X, XP, 2000 & VISTA.
• Hands on Experience with Dial up, Cable and DSL trouble shooting.
• In-depth Knowledge of MS Office suite, along with MS Visio and MS Project.
• Hands on Experience with Providing Remote Support to the customers (level 3 support).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are mandatory for this role.
• Ability To Work Night Shifts.
