Team Lead Help Desk

Work Location:
Lahore and Islamabad

This is a middle Management position reporting to the Operations Manager, previous experience in the same capacity would be an added advantage, however exposure to handle and manage a team is mandatory.

Required Academics / Skills:

  • BS/MS in Computer Sciences.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams.
  • Act as a second level advisor, providing front line telephone support for customers with complex issues and provide resolution, or escalate to the appropriate specialist or management personnel.
  • Strong documentation skills / technical writing back ground is mandatory.
  • Able to set goals for the team and meet them as well in order to maintain / achieve a high service standard for the customers.
  • Ability To Work Night Shifts.

Excellent command on:

  • Operating Systems (Windows 9X, XP and Vista).
  • Dial up, Cable and DSL issues.
  • VPN issues.
  • Coordinating daily activities of the Help Desk/ Call Center department & staff.
